Aluminum alloy wheels have the advantages of fuel saving, good heat dissipation, extended engine life, good roundness, and durability. They have been widely used in the automotive industry. Aluminum alloy wheels have a beautiful appearance and have become a fashion in many countries and regions.
The surface coating process of aluminum alloy wheel hub includes: first pretreatment of the wheel hub, then spraying epoxy resin on the wheel hub by electrostatic spraying method, then grinding and cleaning the powder, and coating the wheel hub by vacuum coating method. The coating material is aluminum, iron, nickel and other alloy coating materials.
The coating adopts four processes: pretreatment, electrostatic spraying, vacuum coating, and varnish to improve the binding strength of aluminum alloy wheels and coatings and improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy wheels. The method includes pretreatment of the surface of aluminum alloy wheels, spraying pre-coating, spraying cr3c2 layer and post-treatment steps. The step of spraying cr3c2 layer is to use high-speed flame spraying method to form a cr3c2 layer with a thickness ≥0.15mm on the surface of the wheel and trim it to a predetermined thickness.
High-speed flame spraying method is used to form 0 on the surface of aluminum alloy wheels.Lost 12 to 0.13mm pre-coating, and rotate it to a roughness of 0.05-0.08mm, the pre-coating is composed of nickel-plated aluminum or aluminized nickel powder.
